Dieses Mantra verwende ich oft um mich zu erden, auf die Prinzipien nach denen ich leben will. Ich entwickelte es selbst aufgrund der verschiedenen religi\u00f6sen und philosophischen Praktiken, denen ich begegnet bin. Zusammen mit Snowwhite habe ich es am Sch\u00f6nburn 2025 auf einer B\u00fchne gelesen, nun auch hier.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Ich lebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin ein Mensch, ich bin Teil des Universums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir Lebewesen sind alle Geschwister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich danke allen Forschenden die das Universum vermessen, Ursache und Wirkung erkennen, die Beobachtungen und daraus abgeleitete Prinzipien kommunizieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich werde Entscheidungen so treffen, dass f\u00fcr meine Mitmenschen, f\u00fcr mich und f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen das Gl\u00fcck vermehrt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich respektiere, sch\u00fctze, und versorge mich und alle Lebewesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich liebe mich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn ich Unterst\u00fctzung brauche, werde ich dich um Hilfe bitten, und dankbar f\u00fcr jede Hilfe sein. Ich werde dir helfen, wenn du mich bittest und ich es kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bitte dich, mir aufzuzeigen, wo ich dich verletze und geduldig mit mir zu sein, wenn ich Fehler mache.
Ich will dir respektvoll Feedback geben, Fehlverhalten ansprechen, gute Taten loben, wo immer dies gew\u00fcnscht oder sinnvoll ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
